  Don’t walk, run. My best friend and I are visiting Amelia Island for our first girls weekend after being friends for 5 years. We went to Salt our first night in. We did the chef’s tasting menu. Everything was INCREDIBLE. Jeff was our server and he was the absolute best. The portions are great, we left stuffed. There is so much detail and thought put into each and every dish. You can taste every component on every dish with a variety of flavors. We loved it so much we actually canceled our dinner reservation at another restaurant our second night in and went back to Salt. Jeff was finishing his shift when we arrived so he made sure to stay long enough to seat us and make sure we were taken care of. Matt stepped in on our second night and was equally as wonderful as Jeff. We did alacart the second night and there was no surprise that everything again was amazing. Please go and have this experience of fine fining and exceptional service. You won’t be disappointed.

  Great experience, outstanding service, food was delicious, slightly overpriced but worth it when factoring in the personalized service. Went for our 1 yr anniversary ❤. Olga our waitress was attentive and engaging and was nice enough to converse in Russian. Taylor the musician was gracious enough to play our song "Perfect". Nice job Salt!

  Had Greg come out and quote me fence fronts for my house. Was 100% up front with me with a solid quote and told me that it would be 2 weeks before he could get to me. Like clockwork, he had the utility's come out and mark and he was here the next day to start. I threw him a few curve balls and he knocked it out of the park. We now have the best fence in the neighborhood. He drums up his own business with his quality work. I'll have him back out to build my deck next spring....if he isn't too booked.
