Had my daughter's birthday party at the Chesapeake location, and everything and everyone completely exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a party place, I can't recommend this enough!
From the first phone call, where Marissa answered all of my questions, to the second and third where I made my deposit and checked on things the week of the party...the customer service was wonderful. When we arrived, our party helper Grace even helped us carry things in and helped set up. When it came time to clean up, they helped with that too.
The room was perfect for a party, with a table along one wall, three tables in the middle, and seats along another wall. The bathroom down the hall was clean and had a step stool for little ones.
The ceramic selection was varied, and it appealed to the kids and adults. Both had fun painting with all the brushes and colors.
The whole process left me, my daughter, and our guests very happy. Thank you so much!
My girls have fun here whenever they are in town. I know things are expensive these days and it's expensive to run the electricity to fire the pieces. But, I agree with a few other comments about the cost. We had 3 in our party so the sitting fee alone adds up quickly. Luckily used the online coupon. They are very helpful and answered all questions.
Tammie went out of her way to make our experience one of the best:) its hard for my son to get involved in different things other then the video game but the pottery wheel got his attention. We enjoyed ourselves, thank you.
Had fun making my mug but I believe the studio fee per person is a bit much. The mug was 25 plus the studio fee.A bit pricey but fun.
