“I am so glad that I found AMCS Flowers and Personal Services today!! I wanted to order a floral arrangement to be delivered today to a close relative. I chose an arrangement and the owner, herself, assisted me with all the details. She even took a picture of the actual arrangement and texted it to me, texted me when the arrangement was about to be delivered, and then texted me a picture of the arrangement once it was delivered. My relative loved the flowers and the beautiful vase it came in. I could not have asked for flowers and service any better than what I experienced today. “At the time of writing, I have already finished my meal and left the restaurant. As the meal digests, I think back to the highs and the lows of my visit. Below I have assembled a list of pros and cons to amply justify my score. Pros: • Clean Bathrooms • Friendly Staff • The ability to order either in person or at a kiosk • The variety of drink choices @ the fountain machine • The interior, though limited in seeing, had a refined look(pictured below) Cons: • My order called for a Big Mac, with nothing but cheese (also pictured below), yet I received it without cheese. • Though my fries were warm, other members of my party received cold fries. • Within the men's restroom, there were no walls or barriers on the sides of the urinals In conclusion, though there were a few minor hiccups in my experience, my visit at this restaurant was overall satisfactory. I would definitely come again!”

“Jason Hamlin was AMAZING. I called him FROM JAIL and he answered I was in jail and my " public defender " dropped me while I was in jail and so I was sitting in jail without a lawyer. I then was told about Jason and I made the call he answered the phone talked to me and came and seen me in jail THAT DAY! every promise he made to me he kept. He not only was my lawyer but he was a friend. Someone who stood up for me and helped me change my life around. He is amazing & it sucks he has passed away. My heart hurts for his family. The options for a convience store are decent, in particular the beer selections are as good as any in the heart of Great Bridge. The is at one of the busiest intersections in all of Chesapeake, right near the court houses, main shopping center, and has several entry and exit options for drivers headed North or South on Battlefield Bvd. Staff has always been courteous and helpful to me.”

“We had a great experience with Sharon Wilson and the team at Carpet World. We were looking to replace all the carpet and upgrade some of our flooring before moving into our new house, which put us on a pretty tight timeline. Sharon worked with us to help decide the best selections for our house given our budget and since all the supplies were in house, was able to have everything installed within a 2 week window. The teams that came to install were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them, especially over a big name store like Lowe's or Home Depot.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at this location last week. I took my car in because my air conditioner was blowing hot air in near 100 degree weather. I was first of all impressed that NTB is taking the threat of the covid-19 pandemic seriously. Upon my arrival, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and I was surprised that I was given a packet containing three face masks and hand sanitizer. This made my day and made me think that NTB cares about its customers. Thank you. Mike and Chris provided counter service to me and they both were courteous and easy to communicate with. My car was evaluated and it was determined that I did need Freon. I picked up my car and I've been riding cool every since. I also would like to commend and thank a Lyft driver, Evan, who was on site at NTB and provided me a much needed lift home while I waited for my car to be serviced. This store should a model for other businesses.”
