I contacted our salesperson, Jasmine, and she was so kind and quick to resolve the issue! She is truly wonderful and so was everyone that I can in contact with during the issue. I will be back again when we need our bedroom set soon!
(July 27, 2020, 4:44 pm)I visited several furniture stores in the area and couldn't find what I was looking for. When I entered Ashely HomeStore, I was greeted by Chad Hanson. He introduced himself and asked questions to help me find something that fit my style. As a person in sales I appreciated his greeting and fact finding style. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and was free to browse. As I was leaving he asked if I had seen anything I was interested in. I didn't, so he suggested I look at the digital catalogue in the showroom. There I found exactly what I was looking for, under budget. Chad was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him.
