Eden Way Storage Center

My experience with Eden Way Storage was great. The front desk team was always available, friendly, and able to answer questions or assist me. The facility was always clean, secure, safe, and easy to access. If I need storage again, I would return to Eden Way and refer anyone who needs somewhere to store.

As a last minute customer, I really appreciate Robin helping us out as much as she could.

The ladies inside provided the most amazing customer service. They provide expert knowledge of everything from tape to units offered. Also carry all supplies that are needed for a proper storage of items.

Dawn was so pleasant to work with. The unit was everything we expected, clean and safe. I highly recommend using them. They will do everything they can to help you with your storage needs. You won’t be sorry. The staff was very courteous and understanding of my needs.

Over the course of three different days (8/1, 8/2, and 8/8) I’ve had the best customer service experiences at Eden Way Storage compared to any other business I’ve worked with. The first day I went only for price checks and got great advice on unit sizes for my needs, solid pricing information on all options, and details on the agreement—all with a constant upbeat happy attitude and wanting to help me in any way possible. The second day was exactly the same as I signed through all the paperwork and talked about what I might need, again with constant positivity and wanting to be helpful. The third day I went in just to tell whoever was there about my experience and she had the same happiness and customer service attitude. And every single time, without fail, I was offered a bottle of water. I haven’t had such consistent, high end customer service experiences in years and just have to leave a review on it. Facility is super clean, easy to use, and the truck rental with the discounted first month rate that’s being offered outclasses all of their competition.

Store your stuff here—anywhere else is a waste of your time.
