Being a former Realtor and having purchased and refinanced several homes of my own, I've had my share of real estate closings but I've never had one be this quick and seamless.
Joel had all of your documents ready for us to sign when we arrived for our scheduled closing. He had even handwritten the date on all of them for us - Impressive! He's friendly, professional, detailed and very organized which are all necessary to facilitate successful real estate closings!
