The first dry cleaner I tried wasn't great but after switching to Ja Nay's, I'll bring my weekly dry cleaning here.

Quality, turnaround time, and employees have all been 10/10. Affordable too

As soon as I entered I was greeted by a young lady who was very courteous and I could see her smile behind her mask. She informed me they would do their best to remove the multiple red ink stains (left a red pen in my shirt pocket doing laundry at home) that had been washed and dried. I had no success using Carbona Stain Devils for ink, I thought I would have to throw away both shirts. When I arrived to pick up the shirts I was greeted by two associates who were extremely pleasant. The stains were gone!!! I had a personalized thank you card attached, what a wonderful personal touch!!! The owner of the business thanking me for trusting his establishment with my clothing care needs. I will recommend Ja Nay's Cleaners to everyone I know. Definitely a 5 star establishment!!!

Last minute event came up and needed a shirt pressed, my wife called and spoke with the owner and he was absolutely helpful. He gave my wife very detailed directions on how to get to their establishment.
When I picked up my shirt I actually received a hand written thank you note from the owner Earl.
This is what customer appreciation is all about in my humble opinion.
