    Dr Light is a good doctor. He's smart, he spends a reasonable amount of time with me, he listens, he is knowledgeable, doesn't make off the wall nonsensical recommendations that makes his patient scratch his or her head and say WHAT?? And if I don't understand he'll give me an explanation instead of getting all high and mighty and saying "I'm the doctor, do as I say" like some doctors do.
    And he is able to think out of the box. Unlike many in his profession who just can't.
    I fully recommend Dr Light.
    Now.
    His front office billing staff? Ha. They are none of the above.
    I had a visit and lab work.
    I told 3 people that I am on Medicare. They wrote down my info, copied my Medicare card and told me they would fax a work order for further diagnostic testing to the hospital and the hospital would call me.
    3 weeks go by. No call from hospital.
    But I got a bill from the doctor's office and LabCorp saying I owed the full amount because..... they billed the insurance company I had previous to Medicare.
    I had to go to the doctor's office and explain again about Medicare. They made more copies. They said they'd take care of both bills and this time really fax the hospital. Yesterday I got a bill from LabCorp, past due because they are still billing the wrong insurance company.
    So back to the doctor's office I go tomorrow to see if I can get them to do what they tell me they are going to do.
    This is not the first screw up either
    Dr Light.. Awesome
    Front billing office. Fire them all and start new.

    Dr. Light and the staff are awesome. He is attentive and takes the time to explain why he is recommending a particular course of action and welcomes questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I really like that they are very respectful of my time. They call you in you at your appointed time and you get the time necessary to complete a productive visit. Great job!

    My husband and I went as New Patients and Dr Light was very pleasant. He made me feel very at ease during the visit. Dr Light explained in detail what his plan of care is and I trust him. He also explained in detail what his plan of treatment is in regards to my husband and his diabetes. We trust and recommend Dr Light he is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners

    My husband and I were looking for a new PCP. Dr. Light’s reviews were great so we tried him. The process of calling and getting setup in the system was painless and nice. My appointment was at 115pm and I was in and out by 2pm. Dr. Light was very nice, knowledgeable, quick and thorough all at the same time. His staff was very nice and professional also. I’m so glad we found this place!
