I have entrusted this practice w/my pups for a decade and a half. Always great service, knowledgeable. They always love on my dogs as one of their own.

Griffin and my 1st visit was absolutely perfect! We love Dr. Jeff Stuppler. He gave Griffin (10 week old German Shepherd puppy) a head to toe examination. He was professional, personable, thoughtful, informative and funny. Dr. Jeff volunteered a wealth of information, what brand foods to avoid, tips on how to get Griffin to like having his feet, ears etc. touched and handled,
where to get obedience training... the list goes on and on! Dr. Jeff asked me several times during Griffin's visit if I had any questions. My answer was "No" each time. He answered any questions I had and answered questions that I didn't even know I had without my asking. Dr. Jeff even made a personal follow-up call. The staff was also wonderful beginning with my 1st phone call to Ronda the receptionist to make an appointment. The other receptionist (sorry can't remember her name) played with Griffin while I filled out paperwork. Jessica the Technician was sweet, personable & also great with Griffin! I couldn't be more pleased with our 1st experience and am looking forward to Griffin spending his entire life in the care of Highlands Veterinary Center!

The staff were all very nice and friendly. Both the tech and the doctor who took care of our 4 legged baby were gentle with her and kept us informed of what they were doing along the way. The doctor spent about 30 minutes talking to us about pet nutrition and answering all of our questions. The doctor was an absolute wealth of knowledge and it's clear that his profession is a calling and a labor of love, not merely a job.

More expensive than the pet store driven businesses but caring and bending to meet the needs of our pet and our needs with sincere very personalized service you will not get elsewhere. I got service the same day, which was needed, from a caring staff and a caring vet and his assistant. If your pet is worth it, don't hesitate to use HVC. The best care is essential to the needs of our pet and our well being. A dog is not just a pet but as much a member of our family as any one else. I am thankful for them! You need a certain amount of employees to properly conduct and run a business so don't be fooled with low priced pet store vet services, when you need a vet NOW, HVC is there for you!

Dr. Stuppler and the nurses are amazing! Followed him over from Banfield to Highlands to care for my senior dog. The receptionists are friendly, caring, and helpful. I can get an appointment when I need one, especially when it feels urgent. I always feel heard and never rushed. Prices feel fair - I never feel like I'm being sold something or overcharged. Their online store/pharmacy is convenient. The staff always remembers my dog when he comes in and they genuinely care about how he is doing. Highly recommend!
