I have experience with their office staff, 2 hygienists, and Dr. Sheila Vacendak. The office is accommodating, efficient, and kind. My hygienist was engaging, gentle, and thorough. I wasn’t back there with my son (because of COVID) but I could hear them sometimes and they were very caring! I could tell my son was at ease while in their care. “I was referred by my primary dentist to an oral surgeon who, after assessing my situation, referred me to Dr. Gray. While I had work that needed to be done, I also had the fear of getting it done and of any potential complications that could arise. I was put at ease from the first moment I walked in. From the receptionist, the assistants and manager to Dr. Gray they all made be feel at home. Most notable was Dr. Gray’s conference. He and his staff were confident and in control from the beginning to the end of my procedure. While I don’t plan on having any more oral surgery, if find that if I need more Dr. Gray will be doing the procedure. He has earned both my trust and my highest of recommendations.”

“I have been going here for about two years now. It's a very professional establishment. They realty try to great you with you with your first name which is nice. It helps me break the white coat syndrome. My doctor actually listens to what I have to say along with what she is trying to do. This makes both doctor and patient more trusting of each other. The place is very clean and up to date. One issue is they have started electronic sign in. It's not to difficult, but one question did not really work for me as it asked referring doctor to practice, but my referral was for patient transfer as my doctor was retiring from practice to teach. The cell phone notification and how that works and how it's presented is not really to friendly for non-savy technology users. A web page explanation for it's usage would have been good to have. I do not click on links which don't actually fully describes what it is.All in all it's a plus for me as it's close to home.”
