One of the best Physical therapy in Tampa. They treat you and your injuries very well. Sarah was my physiotherapist and she is a perfectionist. I got my full elbow movements back from 0% to 100% in just 15 sessions which surprised my doctor too. Thank you Sarah & SPT.

I was told I needed therapy for my right hand injury so I had to look up a therapist and I came across Select Physical Therapy, and I called to make an appointment. Sarah was the therapist who took care of me from the start and I was very happy with her knowledge and instructions. Today is my last day of therapy and I am happy with the results.

I Google searched occupational therapists because my surgeon's therapy office didn't have an appointment available for 3 weeks for me. I saw Select Physical Therapy and made the call. Laura who answered the phone couldn't have been kinder and got me in within a few days to start my therapy. They specialize in hand therapy which is exactly what I needed after breaking my wrist and arm. Emily did my initial consultation and set me up for great appointments and a lot of hard work which has paid off. I've had most of my appointments with Sarah who is professional, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I don't know where I would be without these two ladies. They build you up when needed but they push you because they know exactly what you need. I asked what I could be doing at home and they were both quick to give me handouts and tell me what would be the most beneficial and it has been the most helpful. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical or occupational therapy. They know what they're doing here!

My experience with Select Physical Therapy was outstanding! I was a non-referred client with a shoulder injury and Bobby Zicchino was very helpful in providing me exercises and tips for healing the injury. I would strongly recommend! The team is professional, knowledgeable and flexible.

Barbara has helped me work with my body. With hEDS experience is essential. Checking in with Laura was smooth. The area is conducive to useful physical therapy to achieve relief. Really enjoy getting to utilize their assistance. 🩰

I moved to Chesapeake in 2016 and started looking for a new primary care Dr. I happened to select Dr Paulsen since she's close to my house. Since I've started going to her, I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the staff at Tidewater Family Clinic. In my experience, she's VERY thorough, very proactive in my care, and calls back with test/XRay results as required (unless I already have a follow up appt scheduled in which she reviews the results there). I'm seen on time for my appointments, and rarely spend time sitting around the exam room waiting for her to examine me. In addition, she's very in tune with my family history of medical issues and proactive in her approach with me as my health relates to those issues.

I have gone through a lot of doctors over the last few years looking for someone like Dr. Paulsen that takes the appropriate time for each pt. She definitely works with the pt in developing a care plan involving input from the pt. Hard to find that these days unfortunately.

Dr. Paulsen has been wonderful. She never appears rushed and is always attentive to what's going on with my health. I feel confident in her opinions and suggestions and that is important to me.
