I don't know what receptionist Wanda Smith makes, but it should be doubled. Her customer service is unparalleled. She makes everyone feel so special. Her patience is unlimited, her problem solving is excellent. She's a rare gem who deserves a big thumbs up!

Miss Alicia is the best lol I mean they are all great but she’s my son’s therapist and she’s amazing! I also met wonderful mothers while waiting for our kids. I also want to give a shout out to Miss Becky (she doesn’t know me, but I see her with the other kids, they all love her!)

We’ve had a wonderful experience! The speech therapist have been extremely attentive and professional. They do a wonderful job communicating with me about my children’s progress, weaknesses, and current therapy strategies. They seem very devoted to seeing my children succeed. Prior to working with Southeastern Therapy for kids, we spent 4.5 years working with different city provided therapists. I was very disappointed that 4 years later my children were still working on the same goals. I thought early intervention was “key”. I now believe finding the proper therapist is KEY! At our first session with Southeastern, a therapist noticed some red flags for specific oral motor disorder for one of my children. She was right and this information changes his therapy approach- important information to help him improve. He has worked with 4 other therapists who never noticed a thing. I feel like my children are finally in the right place to receive the attention they need to improve.

Southeastern therapy has been life changing for our whole family. Our daughter started speech therapy knowing 5 words and today is speaking in full complex sentences and has amazing self confidence. The staff has always been so kind and sweet. Alicia is INCREDIBLE and we love the whole team at Southeastern. We cannot thank them enough for helping our daughter.
