This experience was absolutely amazing, the nurses were so helpful and so sweet, and Kim Pham was so caring. She took time to explain everything and went even further to ask about a question on the pre-visit forms. I wish I could give them more starts because from the beginning at reception till the very end it was such a warm welcoming environment!

Today was our first experience with Dr. Gary Moss and his staff other than the initial consultation.

My daughter is seven years old and has a severe peanut allergy. We spent seven hours in their office, slowly seeing what dosage she could handle before Dr. Moss put her on a treatment regiment. The staff was so sweet. They treated my daughter very well and like an adult. They did not talk down to her as if she did not understand what was going on nor did they take her care lightly. When she told them her throat was getting tight and itchy, they did not hesitate to get Dr. Moss. Within less than a minute after my daughter talked about the reaction, he was right there making sure she was okay.

Due to her severity, it has made her quality of life miserable; Always having to take heavy allergy medicine, constant scratching, always redness to her skin when she goes to school or after school, and simply does not feel well since we moved to VA. This clinic, this doctor has given us hope that her quality of life will improve over time. We know it is not going to be immediate but the fact that the option is there for her to improve makes this whole process worth the time and money.
