I haven't had any claims yet, but my experience with this company has been extremely good so far.
My agent (Robbie) is always on top of things and always is available for me when I need him. Their behind-the-scenes team is really supportive (Hillary and Jean) and quick at responding as well. All around a good experience for me so far, so if you're looking for an insurance company that has a small-town feel to it, these are your people.
