I have never been to a class but have been on the receving end of her confections. I have seen her shop, but never have been cooking with her. I hate icing but love hers. I think cupcakes are overdone dull and boring, but get excited when it's hers. I don't like most cookies especially sugar cookies, i like everything i have ever tasted EVER that she had made. I don't bake stuff unless it's a big piece of meat. I like fire grills and pans. I think i could learn some massive secret from her. She has this unbelievable heart of love for people. It makes me want to drop a big bag of money on her doorstep. To bad I don't have one.
Great experience, lovely and very welcoming! I enjoyed the class from beginning to end!
I have ordered cookies from Amelia's Desserts on multiple occasions, mostly as thank-you gifts for teachers. Despite being several states away the cookies always come in fresh and delicious, no bakery near me can compare to the level of care and detail that does into these treats. I absolutely adore the way I can give them an idea and they make it better than I ever could have imagined!
We ordered beautiful hand painted hot air balloon cookies for my baby shower and they were gorgeous and delicious! I loved them so much we ordered Dr Seuss themed cookies and a smash cake for my son’s 1st birthday. Everything looked exactly like they had popped out of the books and all 20 some guests thought the cookies tasted amazing. Amy was amazingly easy to work with and had great suggestions throughout the process. We will certainly be ordering again in the future.
It's was a great experience. We not only learned how to decorate beautiful cookie. We had amazing special dessert while we decorated. Amy's bake shop is so professional and put together. My daughter and I did a juniors class and we loved it.
