(April 26, 2022, 9:08 am)I will definitely be renting from them again. We bought the princess package with snow cone machine, and Jumbo Connect 4.
The drivers came and set up without any issues. They even set up a few hours in advance without any additional cost. They came to pick-up right on time. The whole process was so quick and easy.
I received reminders via email. I even signed the contract online. Everything was straightforward and to the point.
I called at about 8:30pm the night before our event and left a voicemail requesting a generator (we thought it would be too late but tried anyways), that same evening we received an updated invoice with the generator added in! It was so quick and easy.
We had an issue with the snow cone machine. However, as soon as we texted the company about it, we immediately got a response about having it refunded!
Although you didn’t really talk to a person over the phone, the customer service was definitely on top of everything. Quick responses, products were as described, and set-up and take down were super easy, as their employees handled everything.
(April 18, 2022, 5:24 pm)So happy to find a company that does what it says it will do! Rented the combo bounce house for my family's Easter celebration on a Saturday. The equipment was brought out and set up in mere minutes by very professional and congenial persons. The bounce house was so amazing, and a total hit with the children. The company rep was back at the designated hour to remove the unit and did so in a very concise way. Our family highly recommends "Just Jump Alot" and we will be using them again in the near future. Thank you JJA for making our get together so much more fun for the grandchildren!
(May 11, 2021, 11:43 am)I ordered a bounce house from them for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. The bounce house was delivered a day earlier (no extra charge) due to their busy schedule. The drivers J & K were great. Very nice and professional. The bounce house was a good size and very sturdy. My only major complaint was that it was really dirty on the inside. I had to wipe down the whole bounce house with water in order for the kids to play on it. Nonetheless the kids had a BLAST, which was the main goal. Would I recommend them? Yes, in fact people were stopping to ask where did we get the bounce house from. I’d suggest, for future references, that they make sure their bounce houses are thoroughly cleaned before and after set up.
