The first appointment window was 2:00 to 4:00 pm. They were a no-show. I called at 10 minutes after 4:00 pm and was told that they had just been dispatched and would be there soon, to which I replied it was not within the window so we had to reschedule.
Today the technician was actually 20 minutes early. I did not receive the courtesy called (promised) that they were on there way. Fortunately I was home. But, he was very professional polite and had a lot of information. He got right to the service and finished quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with Danny. After discussing what I needed to have done and getting quotes from several other electricians, Danny ultimately provided the most accurate information, was patient with all of my questions and delivered a well executed, brand new electrical panel in addition to some other small miscellaneous electrical repairs. He was the ultimate professional - always on time, very polite, informative, clean and neat with no issues whatsoever. If you're calling to have electrical work done, ask for Danny! You won't be disappointed.

Customer service oriented & professional. Explained & showed operation & condition of unit. Provided an extra service to show how part should look. Gave recommendations. Offer was 24 point tune up but some of items were not completed or didn’t show on checklist of items completed (e.g. Apply protective coating to outside of unit; clean & inspect filters; lubricate all moving parts; adjust balancing dampers; test crankcase heaters; test capacitors; inspect flue pipe; verify flue draft; clean ignition assembly; tune burners; clean burner assembly. Also for previous tuneups this has been an issue & an area company can improve.

I must say Serviceman Mr. Emerson was the ultimate professional. He arrived on time, very courteous. I will always ask too many questions - because I want to learn. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. I really like that. He left me understanding more about my HVAC system. I will be recommending this Company -Michael and Son- to my friends with 5plus stars.
