Initially spoke to store manager Eddie which was great. Eddie and his partner Dave showed me all the things i was missing out on with being an Apple customer. They then showed me all the benefits to SAMSUNG! These guys run a great store and i will gladly be back and refer anyone i can. Thank you for all the help and support. The customer service at this store is truly amazing. Good bye apple, hello samsung!

(July 23, 2020, 10:05 am)Go see Eddie - he is THE MAN! Amazing, over-the-top customer service!! I needed an immediate upgrade bc my old phone was rapidly dying and Eddie found me a great deal on the S20. We worked everything out remotely so when I walked into the store, he activated the new phone with my existing SIM card, walked me through the initialization (including transferring contacts), installed a case I bought, and I was out the door with a functioning device in about 7 minutes total. Best cell phone experience ever.
