Booking in an appointment was simple with a slight wait on the phone line due to high call volume. Kim took the time to find a suitable date and time to arrange the service. They even made a note that I might be available earlier if there was a cancellation. The next day Kim contacted me to move me up in the schedule due to a cancellation. Communication has been excellent from the very start.

The technician, David, was extremely professional and personable. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure and gave a detailed breakdown of the bill. This helped install confidence in his expertise and an honest diagnosis of the issue.
