My family and I will be forever grateful to Carolyn Keens and the Pretlow Funeral Home. They handled my Mother's and my Uncle's life celebration, as they were 4 weeks apart, with professionalism and grace. They were knowledgeable, fair and forthright with us. My loved ones looked as if they were sleeping, just beautiful! They are the absolute best!

The Pretlow family treated us like family. Carolyn is simply Phenomenal. I have been to many funerals and been a part of the planning of many funerals, this is the best work that I have seen by ANY funeral home in this area period. My godfathers body was perfect, he looked like he was sleeping and that was remarkable with what his sickness had done to his body. Every part of the service was handled professionally, impeccably, and most important, personally. They are totally sensitive to the family's needs during this time of loss. They were totally accommodating especially since the funeral was on a Saturday and the burial was on the following Tuesday after a holiday Monday at Horton Memorial Cemetery. Many moving parts and pieces handled flawlessly. I knew about the other funeral homes but never knew about Pretlow. My godfather chose them before his death, and now I know why. He said Pretlow treats you like family, and they do. I would highly recommend Pretlow and Sons to anyone requiring funeral services, which we ALL will at some point and time.

Richard Pretlow was collaborated with prior to the impending transition of our mother, Mary P. swain. He was compassionate and professional throughout the process. He was timely in providing alternatives and guidance in areas that we were unfamiliar. The Pretlow staff was equally helpful and attentive. We were satisfied with the services provided in all areas.
