“I have to say that good customer service is hard to come by, especially this day in time. Priority far exceeded our expectations! They were amazing. Recently, we sold our home and during the buyers home inspection there were some structural issues found underneath our home from previous termite damage. This damage included the necessary replacement of 14 floor joist and 2 main girders. We immediately called Priorty who has been servicing our home for the last few years. We were very stressed about getting the work done in a timely manner but Devon the owner of Priority new how important it was because of the closing on the sale of our home. He made arrangements to take care of the work for us 3 days later. We were incredibly impressed with there punctuality and were even more surprised that the owner himself showed up with a couple techs and took care of the work that day. It’s really refreshing to know that there are contractors out there like Priority. This company is and will always be highly recommended by us. Thank you again so much Priority!!!”
