We've used Family Flooring several times. One time was to removed gluded down bambo flooring and replace with carpet in our den, and the second time was remove carpet and replace with VPF in our home office. On both occations the company met our expectations and provided exceptional customer service. Thanks, Cathy, Tony, and Joey.

Family Flooring installed carpets on our stairs and the second level of our home. The gentleman we spoke to in the store was very helpful and suggested a product that would work best foe us (we had two large dogs and a cat). He offered a better product than what we'd found in bigger box stores for a lower cost, so we were sold. The guys that installed the carpet were friendly and professional. We had to put the cat in the bathroom during the install as she was not friendly and it would've been difficult to keep her out of their way. One of the guys installing the carpet felt bad for her and managed to slip into the bathroom to give her some cuddles and attention. It was adorable and I was a bit amazed because the cat hated EVERYONE but she was snuggled in his lap, fast asleep. Fast forward a few years and a visiting relative spilled red paint all over our carpet. It was in a very odd pattern and was spread throughout an entire room, the hallway, and the entrance to a second room. We called Family Flooring and they were able to match up the carpet and padding based upon our customer history, and they were able to cut out the stained carpet and install the new carpet in a way that is completely undetectable. You cannot see any of the seams and there are at least three. They did an amazing job and were just as professional and friendly as they were the first install. We've not had any problems with buckling and weve had a cat, two kids, and three large dogs running around on the carpet. We've been very pleased with the investment.
