Most of the time when you go to a Dr office you feel like the staff is somewhat annoyed with you that you are actually making them work, NOT HERE! The check-in/check-out staff is very courteous and friendly. Even the phone calls I've made to the office have been more than above and beyond the call of duty. I have not seen the actual Dr but the nurses and the nurse practitioner are AMAZING! I wish this place could be my PCP! Most of us with diabetes hate going to the endo, not me, I LOVE IT! “My daughter has been attending Master Hwang's classes for the past year and a half and has grown so much with her discipline and self-control. The staff and leadership has been excellent throughout her process and has helped her progress in her strength, form, and confidence. The classes are convenient for any schedule and the opportunities to level up are at a good pace for young kids to succeed and be prepared for testing. The after-school and summer programs are amazing and offer an environment where children feel safe and cared for. My daughter started going during the pandemic but has had opportunities to still interact with other children and visit some really fun places in the process. Master Hwang is amazing with the kids and his leadership team is kind and encouraging for kids that adapt to almost any learning style and level. We also enjoy the extra activities such as Nerf Gun night that gives the parents a break and the kids have a lot of fun too, food included. I foresee our family sticking with the program for a long time because it is a program my daughter loves and makes us feel like family, not just a customer.”
