Tidal Wave Auto Spa

It's Def pricey.. 29.00 a month but you can go everyday. I have to compare it to Green Clean and these people take the time to soap up the back of your car where most dirt accumulates and brushes windshield and tires..Their wash Is longer and more whistles and bells than green clean. I use the one at Chesapeake Square. Very good.

Had a bird dropping spot that didn't come all the way off and uneven tire shine. Vacuums could use brushes. Overall, it's an okay wash for a 1 time deal. If you see yourself washing daily or weekly, Id recommend getting one of their monthly deals.

The workers at Tidal Wave are a great bunch! Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to parts of my vehicle that needed a little extra TLC. Jason was also very knowledgeable in teaching Trey a few steps along the way. Coming through to tidal wave has been a pleasant experience each time. Trey displays respect in the classroom, and has a positive attitude when we see him at work.

Great car wash, you pay for what you get here folks. With the subscription. Trey in particular, provides stellar customer service. Everyone there is polite, most importantly, my car, Carol, looks fantastic every day because of tidal wave!

I have used this car wash location for about 2 months, EVERY single time each employee Is always helpful and friendly. The owner Jason even went above and beyond removing decal residue (without me even asking!) They always have ample cleaning rags and supplies for you to use, free vacuuming too! For the price you won’t find this kind of service anywhere!!! Go check out the location in Western Branch on Portsmouth blvd!
