“I am a new patient and just had my second follow up appointment with Dr. Brown. I found Dr. Brown to be very professional, friendly, and patient. She did not rush through the appointment. The lady who handles the front desk is perfect for this office. She is always gentle, kind and reassuring. They were short handed at the front desk on my second visit and this lady handled the barrage of phone calls with total professionalism. She remained courteous and kind to patients in the office and to those waiting on the phone. She is such an asset to the office.”

“Those who know me know that I am not a fan of going to the dentist... It's not because I am afraid but because of the way past dentists have treated me and my precious chiclets. With that being said Dr. Ben and the staff of Chester Road Family Dental have truly changed those feelings (and changed them quickly). I have been to Chester Road Family Dental a few times now for a couple of root canals and a cleaning. I was met with professionalism and warmth from everyone onsite. I was given a thorough exam and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was offered water while waiting. Doctor Ben took care of me while I was getting treatment and even checked on me after my visits to make sure everything was going well. He is gentle and I felt no pain while I was being operated on. Thanks mate!! The interior and the exterior of the office is kept clean. During this time of Covid the staff is checking temperatures and requiring mask coverings before access is granted. It's nice to see that CRFD is protecting their staff and patients. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to go here. Thank you Dr. Ben, DeeDee, Catie, Staci and anyone that I missed!!”
