(November 16, 2020, 10:59 pm)Great place to live. New management this year tries very hard to keep everyone folowing rules and happy, she does a good job. Park looks cleaner than it has in a long time. they also got rid of a buncha bad apples and it is more safe now because the manager actually cares and makes things happen even if shes busy. I would recommend to live here

(June 18, 2019, 7:44 pm)Management staff are awesome. By far the nicest trailer park I've seen in VA that wasn't for vacations. Tight knit community, pool, and a community building that can be rented for events. Codes are fairly well enforced, and mostlt every lot is tidy.
