Everyone there was so great and helpful. Kim and Billy fulfilled all of my needs. They were professional, friendly and did everything in a timely manner. I went there to purchase a specific vehicle as a surprise for my wife and Kim and Billy made sure everything was ready and put together for the surprise. They even let me borrow the big red bow to make the surprise extra special.
I've received consistent good customer service at this location than others. The staff are caring courteous and professional. I love the availability and convenience of service. Usually same day service call or drop in. No surprises, always communicate before work is done. No complaints here👍😉😊
Needed to bring my vehicle in for a recall service. Pricing on an oil change that I also needed was very competitive. They kept me up to date on everything with my car, had ample seating for waiting, and overall extensive friendly and knowledgeable. Had a secondary issue with an oil sensor switch, and they were more than happy to bring me back to my vehicle to talk to me about the location of the switch as I was considering changing it myself and wanted to know where it might be. My residence didn't allow for me to change it due to where it was on the engine, but the mechanic was more than happy to discuss it with me. Easy to find location, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere all around. Definitely will check them out for future service and parts on my Kia.
Colonial Kia was a joy to work with. There is no high pressure, there is no stress. They go out of their way to make sure you are getting the car that is right for you. Chris and Billy worked very hard to make sure we got a car that met our budget. Kim made sure we understood everything we were getting. And the star of the show, Rocky, was patient and kind as my daughter worked through her first car buying decision process. In fact, when her work schedule was going to mean a 2 day delay in her ability to go sign the paperwork and get her car, he brought it to her! I don't think you could expect anything more from a dealership. Kudos Colonial Kia!
