After not being able to get a battery installed at another competitor, I went to O'Reilly to see if I could purchase and have a battery installed. They're associate, Sommer, was able to install the battery and send me on my way. SHE did a great job, and I truly appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. I'm glad I went to this particular store.

Class acts! Brian was a great help with not only finding the replacement bulb for my rear break light but also grab his tools and helped me replace the bulb step by step. Absolutely would come back and want to thank Brian again for everything and physically conducting the work himself in a world of sensitive, not my job kind of people you stand apart and roll up your sleeves.
