I recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their child. This is not only because I have worked there for 14 years, but also because my own grandchildren have also attended and absolutely loved it. Any place that the owners take the time to rock babies and change diapers and even play ball with the children because they enjoy it not because they have to, is a place I want my babies.
Now I come from a very blended family and believe me, they were welcomed with open arms. Such a loving and fun place.
It is such a blessing to be a part of such an amazing team and watch so many children and families begin their lives with us only to watch them grow into young women and men and go on to high school. Could not ask for a better place.

RBCC is the best of the best! My two 1/2 year old daughter started going to RBCC when she was one, almost turning two after staying home with my mother in law for the first close to two years. She started in the toddler room with Mrs. Linda who we immediately fell in love with. Mrs. Linda is so nurturing and caring and took amazing care of my little girl! My daughter was only in the toddler room for a very short month before entering the two’s room. We were so nervous about how this transition would go but our worries quickly cleared when we met the teachers in the two’s room. My daughter quickly fell in love with the teachers and LOVES her new room! Her vocabulary bloomed, she learned to count to 20, she can sing endless amounts of songs, and absolutely loves going to school everyday to see her friends! The curriculum is awesome and I look forward to all of her crafts that she brings home regularly to us. All thanks to Ms. Alexis, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Julia! This is so important to me as I am an elementary school teacher. Soon she will be moving to the preschool building and we are so exited for her next adeventure with RBCC. We feel so comfortable with RBCC that we decided to start our second newborn daughter there instead of keeping her at home the first year. She started in the infant room at 8 weeks old this past December. I was terrified starting her this early but Mrs. Regina, Mrs. Jennifer, Ms. Emory, and Ms. Makenzie gave me nothing to worry about. They call and kept me in the loop regularly while I was adjusting to being back at work away from my newborn. Now my daughter is crawling, saying her first words, pulling up, and loving life in the infant room! We trust this place completely with our two precious girls. Clark and Amanda are professional, friendly, personable and truly run the best daycare facility in Chester! Do your research and send your babies to RBCC. You will be amazed!

My son was at a Inhome daycare prior to attending RBCC he screamed every day at drop off at the Inhome .... Once we moved him to RBCC he very rarely had a difficult drop off. His teacher was amazing and worked with me on every little concern I had. The staff as well as management are great. I am greatful I have Rbcc for days off at school and would refer them to anyone.

I had been using 2 daycare facilities, finally found a very professional daycare and safe place for my kids. I have been using this daycare since 4 years ago. I see many kids got kicked out because of their really bad behavior. It's easy to work with Mr. Clark. And, yes, Mr. Clark will talk firm to any parents that speak disrespectfully in the daycare facility. This daycare equipped with security cameras, security door lock. I feel safe leaving my kids in this daycare, surrounded with good behavior children.
