I have worked here for many years. We are a ALL MAKES PARTS GROUP! I love working here for many reasons. Great customers first of all!. Having the best resources and largest amount of in stock parts makes my job very easy. We have a wonderful staff and management team. Our large Service team, Truck and Trailer sales team, Body Shop and our Huge Parts team are second to none! We offer parts for all makes of trucks and trailers. We offer Walk in, Phone and Email parts options. We have a way to help you get back on the road quickly! You don’t have to take my word for it, just give us a try. I frequently pick up parts for our shop, and Jody & James are phenomenal with their attention to detail and wide array of knowledge. They are my go-to!! Thanks for all the help!

Hit or miss when you get there as to how long you wait for the parts counter. Sometimes you walk right in and get what you need and other times you may wait up to an hour to get to the counter. They generally have a good selection of parts and accessories but sometimes will have to order your parts. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable.

I can't overstate how good it has been using Excel Truck in Chester. Over the past year we have had 5 of our trucks serviced and repaired at this location. Customer service was awesome, Katrina in the service department seemed very knowledgeable about all the repairs completed and was able to answer any questions I had. Repairs, service, and billing were all done timely manner which made working with them a cake walk. I highly recommend anyone that needs truck repairs done to give Excel in Chester a call.
