Hailey was super helpful in getting my balance paid. She gave me so many options. Luckily, I didn’t even have to call - it was all done through text and a secure link! Great job!
Don't even know where to being with this practice. From the way they answer the phones to the patience they display during appointments, they are the best I have ever experienced. Due to an array of circumstances of my own doing, I have seen 4 doctors in my 4 visits there. Each of them bring their own strengths and provide world-class care. Most notably, Grace Beers leads with empathy and listens to all of your concerns. Not once have I felt like I was a burden or a patient that was trying to be rushed out. I drive almost 30 minutes across Richmond just to use this practice and have recommended them to all of my friends and family.
So glad I switched to this office for my primary care. The staff are super nice and efficient. My primary (Grace) was incredibly engaged with me and personable. I am used to in and out as quickly as possible but they really took the time to discuss through my exams and needs and formulate multiple options. Highly recommend.
By far the best doctor in the area. Dr. Shah is so compassionate and always sits to listen. Super fast on personally responding on the portal. I have never felt more comfortable with any doctor like I do with Dr. Shah. Easy 5 stars. I wish I could give more stars!
I have been a patient of Amar Shah’s for almost a decade. I’m so thrilled to see him in this beautiful practice with so many encouraging and kind medical professionals. Dr. Shah’s nurse is top notch, and I’m so grateful for the whole team. It means the world to feel like my health is their priority.
