(August 19, 2020, 11:04 pm)Chris came this evening and was wonderful. He gave us several options to clean out an old stopped up drain at the bottom of our basement steps. We chose the least expensive method and once he got to work, he discovered it was not going to be as bad as he had expected; when it was time to pay him, he said it would not cost us as much as he had quoted. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We have used Roto-Rooter several times over the past 30 years, and while this was the first time we have needed assistance at our current address, we will not hesitate to call them again if we ever need help again, and we are happy to recommend them to anyone else.
(August 5, 2020, 3:16 pm)Sewer line started leaking into yard. Called Sunday and they were here Monday. Chris was highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Quickly formulated a plan and executed it efficiently and expertly. Went above and beyond on a couple of things and gave me some very helpful advice for the future. The pricing was higher than I would have liked, but in line with what others charge for this type of work I am sure. Highly recommend.

I was added to their schedule the same day. I received a phone call to let me know Jeff, the technician, was in route. When Jeff arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Great service!
(April 1, 2020, 2:46 pm)Our technician Evan was very nice. He told me the problem, explained what would be the process of fixing it. Explained the price. I'm glad he was able to come out to quickly with the virus going around. He wore a mask and made me feel comfortable about letting him in. Great and fast service.
