Hello folks! I just want to leave a review on Paul Martin and his State Farm Agency. During the ice storm we had in February, a tree broke due to the weight of the ice in my back yard and it fell on my shed. The shed was totaled. Paul Martin, himself got involved in the process with the claims dept and saw everything to a happy ending. State Farm is a great company and indeed has the highest market share of policies in Va. It's not just a great value in reference to the rates but it's when disaster calls that you find out how good the company really is. Well, I can now attest to the Paul Martin's agency professionalism and dedication. They did an awesome job in making things right for me and therefore I'm grateful and HIGHLY recommend State Farm and especially the Paul Martin agency! Give Paul Martin your business! What can I say that hasn't already been said. I have been part of this agency for over 35 years and I have become accustomed to the great advice, responsiveness, competitive pricing, and straight answers to my questions - I could go on and on. The staff is top drawer. A+++++

This branch is extremely efficient and responsive. I've been insured with them for years(car insurance and renters), they've always taken care of things while keeping my bill affordable. Sarah is truly a shining star. She is excellent at communicating and making sure things get done. In the passed 5 years I've been a customer, every time I've called I've always been able to easily get a hold of her directly. A lot of insurance branches route their calls to call centers nowadays, not this one! I'm closing on a house in a week and Sarah has communicated quickly with the mortgage company to make sure they have the paperwork for our homeowner's insurance. She even went out of her way to call me and let me know there was a document my mortgage company needs, and that due to confidentiality she will forward it to me so my closing isn't delayed. If you're looking for homeowners insurance, I recommend going through this branch(particularly Sarah). The fact that she cared so much that my husband and I close on time really solidifies that I will be customer for many years to come. Sarah deserves a raise and a pat on the back for all her hard work and amazing customer service!
