My first interaction with her was when I was moving here from Delaware, having chosen this residence by its website rather than in person. She was kind and patient, helpful and well informed, in guiding me from a distance through the detailed verification paperwork.

I have now lived here nearly three years, and my endorsement of her skills continues to ring true. She's diligent and caring, endeavoring with both kindness and firmness to maintain a quality home for our very diverse population in age and abilities. Her standards are high, and she works diligently to meet them. I was indeed fortunate, when I decided to apply here, that she was on the other end of the phone, as well as guiding me clearly by email.
