This Vet is the BEST! TEN STARS! We have been taking our adopted Shepherd Hound Mix, Gunther here for almost 3 years, (after a bad experience at another Midlothian Vet).

Originally Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary and now it's named Brandt's Veterinary Services. During the transition, they didn't miss a beat. The employees are kind, wicked efficient, loving towards our dog and truly care about the pets they take care of. They are also super responsive via email, on the phone and always try to fit us in on short notice, if we have an issue. Also, (and this is the best part), if your dog has been seen recently and is up to date on all their vaccinations, they will renew the prescriptions that you need, without having to bring them in. That makes me happy, because taking Gunther to the Vet, stresses me out more than my dog!

The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. Our 3 little dogs love everyone there. We are very pleased with all the Doctors and P.A. personnel.

I can’t begin to describe how top notch this place is. They seem to really care about the animals more than the money which is something I have not experienced at any other vet. Dr bill has been quite amazing. He is so kind. My dog got fixed and had an infection after and they were so helpful and didn’t immediately tell us to come in and spend money. My previous vet would always pressure me into spending a lot and make me feel bad for not being able to afford every possible treatment. This place is special!!
