Palermo

Staff is very nice and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, as was the specialty drink. This is becoming one of my favorite restaurants.

My family and I eat here pretty much every Wednesday. The food is absolutely fantastic, the staff is super professional, and it boasts a classy atmosphere. Hands down, the best restaurant. I can't say enough positive things about Palermo's.

This could easily be a five star review. The food was excellent. The garlic bread was excellent, though it did take a little longer than expected to take our order. Not that big a deal though - easy to see past this. There were very few patrons in the restaurant. When I walk into a restaurant I expect someone to greet me within a few minutes. I don’t expect to be seated right away, but someone should acknowledge that a customer has walked in. When I start wondering if I came in the wrong -unused- entrance, that’s too long. Another small group came in about 20 minutes after us, and I could see the same look on their faces. Also, when it did come time to get the check, we had not seen our server for quite some time. Easy things to overcome, maybe they were having staffing issues that night. Worth trying again, certainly.
