Robin Jones PMHNP is a fantastic provider (at the Midlothian office). She is up to date on the latest research and guidelines, is incredibly empathetic, and provides exceptional whole person care. It is rare to find a psychiatric provider who is so compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
I have had no issues with the front desk staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and courteous.

Maybe other people have just had bad luck? I've had zero problems so far. They have answered the phone when I needed, the women working at the desk were very nice and helpful. First time I was there, I only waited for about 35 minutes or so. All my other appointments have been Telemed since then, done from my phone. Pretty convenient. My doctor is good too, no complaints there either. I'll update if I run into any issues, but the reviews made me think I was gonna regret going here. I didn't choose it, but was the place chosen for my psychiatrist after leaving Detox at Tuckers Pavilion. I like it. My doctor is Dr. Karn for anyone possibly wondering.
