Burger Bach - Midlothian

First time at Burger Bach. Food was hot, delicious & the restaurant was very clean. Our server (a Baylor student) was very knowledgeable, professional & attentive. The manager, also knowledgeable about the restaurant & its history was very kind & thanked us for coming in. She provided a free appetizer card for our next visit. GREAT PLACE!

First time coming to Burger Bach and my wife and I were very pleased with the service and the food. On time and fresh! I would definitely come back here…especially for their great happy hour deals!

Burgers were excellent, fries very good, salad that comes with the burgers is surprisingly tasty. Our kids liked the grilled cheese and the burgers. Limeade and lemonade are made with sprite. Bacon on the burgers was good and crisp. Restaurant was clean and well lit. Prices fairly high but that was expected. This was our first time there and we will likely return again. Had four adults and three kids, restaurant was not crowded, and server was friendly and helpful.

We had a great visit today. We shared a Reuben Burger (burger of the month) and a Southern Gent. Both were cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious. The salad that comes with each burger is fantastic - the house made vinaigrette is a work of art. We also split a small order of fries with basil pesto aoli which was also divine.

To top off the great food our server (Robert) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive.

We will definitely be back soon.

Holy cow. I walked in figuring to have a typical burger. They are elevated out here! I had a Wellington Burger that was perfectly seasoned and a spot on true medium. The sauces are delicious and the beer selection is excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and work as a team. Super excited to come back and try another Bach.
