From beginning to end, this was the ultimate appliance purchase experience. Mark was warm, knowledgeable and most helpful as we chose a dishwasher. He worked hard to ensure we were making the right decision. Then the measuring and installation experience were the best we've ever experienced as well. We didn't get the gentleman's name who did the measurements, but he was most friendly and efficient. Then the installation with Chase and Zakk was better than we ever could've expected. They called with the 2 hour window, were right in that window, and took great care in the removal of the old and installation of the new given our new kitchen flooring. They even told us how much they appreciated our business! Bottom line - we'll never buy another appliance from a big box store again. That we can support a local company and have a best in class experience from beginning to end really defines the ultimate experience. We'll be back again and we'll be referring our friends and family the The Appliance Place.

This was my 1st experience with The Appliance Place And I could not have been any happier period from the moment I walked into the show Room I was greeted by Mark who is very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. In house service was another selling point for me. Delivery was on time, efficient, and thorough. I will be buying from this dealer again

We got very weary of the big box stores and either no one around to serve you, the person waiting on you having no knowledge of what they’re selling, or the appliances you want sold out. So we walked into the Appliance Store and a knowledgeable, caring, professional person with product knowledge waited on us. I wish I could convey how great this was. We purchased excellent appliances. They delivered and installed them today. The installers were pros, friendly, careful, and completed installation in a way that made us glad they were here. Appliance Store tops all the way around.
