Extreme Audio did a great job helping me to choose a remote starter for my car and the installation was fantastic. Great attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Extreme Audio and will look to them first for all of my future auto and audio needs!!
Had auto start (Drone Mobile) and Apple Auto Play installed. I love it. Customer service was excellent. I was offered an exceptional appointment time considering the holiday. All of my questions were answered, I received text reminders of my appointment time, and my car was clean when the work was complete. Staff walked me through operating my new equipment. I can't say whether the price was super competitive because I contacted them based on a recommendation from a close friend that I trust, and to me that trumps getting a "cheaper" service. I would (and will) use them again.
Went in, had an idea of what I wanted my system to sound like; and Extreme Audio created something I could only image. I love the sound. The nice crisp sound of the speakers and the power of the subwoofer it gives my car that added sound I was looking for. Workmanship was top notch, customer service was Great!!!! What else can I say. They will definitely be installing my next system.
I recently had a remote start installed at the Midlothian location. I have a manual transmission 2022 WRX and they did an awesome job. A little pricey but I was willing to pay a little more based on their reviews and quick availability. I would recommend their services to anyone in the market for the upgrades they offer.
I will warn anyone with a manual transmission that there are extra safety laws that they are required to follow- the drone system they install is a little picky about being messed with after the car is shut off and it goes into remote start mode so be sure to ask about the different options for triggering the car to go into remote start mode.
It was a little aggravating when they first set it up because it went into remote start mode too easily, which caused the car to shut off and the doors to lock every time I opened my door and shut it after pulling the E-brake and having the car in neutral (example: getting out of my car to get my mail- pulling the E-brake, putting the car in neutral, and letting off the foot brake, then opening my door. When I would get back in my car to drive off, it would trigger into remote start mode which caused it to shut down since I did the commands in order without thinking about it.) That caused a huge headache for me since I would have to change daily habits for it to work correctly.
They were able to fix this within 30 minutes by changing the option of what put the car into remote start mode. For me, my preference was the command of adding an extra E-break pull the the required sequence (parking, putting my foot on the foot brake, pulling the E-break TWICE, then exiting the car with the car running; it will then shut off and lock the doors and go into remote start mode) this means that the car does not go into remote start mode without me specifically going out of my way to set it up.
Since they were able to resolve this, I will give them a positive review and recommend their services. I will likely be returning to them for their other car additions in the future.
Absolutely give Extreme Audio 5 stars if I could give them a million I would. First let's start with my initial call to inquire about a new radio for my jeep wrangler. Jack answered the call and immediately greeted me warmly with a welcoming tone. I expressed to Jack what I needed and he proceeded to guide me with patience and familiarity of the many options that I had for my jeep. I immediately booked an appointment for the next day. Brought my vehicle in that morning and Jack greeted me and explained how the set up would go. Through the day he kept me updated with the process. Upon picking up my vehicle that evening after processing my payment Jack met me outside to show me the complete installation and he even went over every detail of my new radio. Also answering any questions that I had pertaining to features and how to work this and that. He also assured me that if I had any further questions to not hesitate to call and ask him. I must say that I am so impressed and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. My radio installation looks amazing and I'm greatly appreciated of the time and professionalism from Jack and the installer. Highly recommend them and I will be back for any future additions to my ride.
