  This is why Southside Hitch will always have my business. Trae mounted my leaf vac, built an under bed storage box, added stake pockets all over the trailer, inspected it, and re did how the jack handle was mounted because of the leaf vac mount. Dropped the trailer late Wednesday afternoon, had it back fully functional mid day Friday. They have also fabricated a fully locking box on the front of my open trailer, which still works very well! I’d definitely check them out for all your trailer needs if you are in the Richmond, VA area!

  If I could give them more stars, I would. Expert, timely, quality installation by experienced, honest, and knowledgeable individuals. You get you pay for and more. Our previous experience with another vehicle was with a national chain farther up the turnpike and their work was shoddy at best, with the hitch not level and visible below the bumper, bolts loose, and faulty wiring. In stark contrast, Southside’s staff clearly know what they are doing, and they do it well. Trustworthy and worth every penny.

  I just had a hitch installed on my highlander as well as a power harness replaced on my old truck. Don and Charles answered all my questions and showed great customer service. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

  The staff at Southside Hitch is simply incredible! Their professionalism, customer-centric focus and genuine desire to go that extra mile sets a very high bar that the competition just cannot match. Southside Hitch makes customers feel valued, appreciated and important, which is a refreshing way of doing business. When I visited the shop, the team a) measured and confirmed my hub assembly parts, b) ordered two new ones for next day delivery and, on top of it all, c) assembled and packed two hub assemblies that they already had in stock. No kidding, the team accomplished all of this within less than 20-minutes. I was shocked! The next day, my parts arrived and were prepped exactly when and how they promised - just amazing! The team at Southside Hitch is simply the best in the business, and, without a doubt, they have all my business for life. These guys are the best; don't bother with the rest!

  Highly recommend this place for your travel trailer maintenance. They've taken care of my trailer state inspections, greased wheel bearings, and upgraded my suspension. Don/Charles and team are super trustworthy, and will only recommend services needed.
  When I first bought my trailer they also helped me adjust the height of my drop hitch to get my trailer level. I've put over 35k miles on my trailer since I started coming here, and trust their work/advice.
