I am 61 years old and I have been actively training for decades. I have run marathons, Tough Mudders, trained and competed in Jui jitsu and numerous other events over the years. I have usually trained privately to help keep me involved with these activities. About a year ago, my gym closed and I was tired of the big gyms. I have been a member of A big name gym for many years. I do like the gym but I find private training to be much more successful.
About a year ago I began training with William.
I have to admit that my prior training was put on hold and I was not as fit as I had been for many years. William began the task of changing me back to my prior weight and endurance level. I still am working on that but I have made great progress. I look forward to our workouts and the challenges he helps me master. He is meticulous in training me to master the techniques. I didn’t realize I had been doing so many things wrong. Furthermore, he makes the work fun at the same time.
I would be more than happy to answer any questions. I write this for no other reason than he has proved to me to be a thoughtful and extremely knowledgable professional. Besides that he makes our training sessions fun!

William is not your typical fitness trainer. With an overall focus on your quality of life, Will ensures that your personal fitness regiment aligns with your wellness and strength goals. He does this by taking into account the modifications that need to be made in case of previous surgeries, injuries, or in my case, a lack of having any fitness experience. The fitness training is fun and never cookie-cutter. I needed to start exercising ASAP and didn't know where to start, or even how! Given my lack of experience, Will is very patient to instruct on the use of the equipment (if you don't know) and on informing the area of the body that you will be working on when you complete the exercise effectively. Because of Will's class, I actually look forward to exercising, which is something that I never thought I would say out loud, much less... put in writing! Thank you for helping me to achieve my fitness and health goals!
I have been working with William for 9 years. He has helped me in so many ways. I am able to move with no pain in my back or legs. The strength training has helped me move and lift more easily. William is very knowledgeable about the body and nutrition. I can fully trust him with my workouts and guidance on nutrition.
Mr. William has a great environment to do his routines and he provides personalized classes. His schedule is very flexible.
William is the best trainer I've ever had. He understands my limitations and makes sure I don't do anything stupid (!) to hurt myself when working out. Every time he gave me a new routine, he went through it completely with me while I did it, adjusted the machines and/or my form, and modified as necessary. He not only shows me the proper form, but explains why so that I understand and remember for when he's not there. Thanks to William, I'm in great shape - for a 58-year-old! Thanks, William!
