Dr Horsey and Gina are amazing with the care they provided and answered all of our questions prior to any treatment. My child was so nervous about getting an expander and braces. They acknowledge her history of mouth trauma, individualized her care and let her guide with making decisions based on her comfort level.

Came back for the changing of my bands and was assisted by Andrea. So caring and nice! I wasn’t having the best day and just through that short visit she made me feel so comfortable and brightened my day by treating me so kind! Thy assisted in the scheduling process and was super nice as well! Thanks you guys!

My sons are patients and now so am I! I appreciate the staff being able to answer my questions and being gentle with my kids and myself as an adult. Thy is great! She makes sure you are comfortable and tells me every step along the way! Dr. Horsey and staff have been great to work with, so I’ve recommended his practice for a few people as well!

Cannot say enough about my experience today. I recently moved to Richmond and no longer near the orthodontist I saw back home. However, Dr. Horsey was recommended by my previous orthodontist and I’m so glad! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I went in to have my permanent retainer fixed and they were not only quick but thorough with their assessment of the retainer. Thy fixed the bond to hold the retainer in place and Dr. Horsey checked in to make sure everything went well. I’m so glad to have been referred here and will be coming back for all my orthodontic needs.

Also, to maintain a safe environment in the lobby/waiting area, they have you wait in your vehicle and text upon arrival.
