I cannot say enough great things about Brian and his team. If only every business has such a high standard of instilling trust, caring, knowledge, warmth and follow through; not to mention a great price point. Cyrus Plumbing is very impressive. Brian explained the situation very eloquently and simplified so I understood and offered multiple and cost effective solutions.
Everyone needs an honest plumber and Cyrus Plumbing is it! He and his helper do a great job in resolving the issue!! I have used them several times and have been COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!
Honestly, this was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met! Extremely professional and available same day! Very fair price with excellent customer service. Called ahead of time with ETA and showed up with all cleaned tools (cleans tools in between calls). He really knows his stuff. We even talked about our faith while he fixed our tub. Such a God send. Will only call them for all of our plumbing needs!! Do yourself a favor and use them! 5 star rating all around!
