A very friendly and helpful staff that can show you just about any floor covering you need. Haven't had the installation done yet, but expect about the same regarding that aspect as well.

Been using Old Dominion for years, both Commercial and Residential. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I called ODF and set up a time with Matt Jones to come give me an estimate. During the walkthrough he was good at explaining the process and even advised me of some spots (luckily we were able to replace the boards ourselves) that might show up after the sanding due to the age and condition the house was in. (built in 1967 and was a rental home before we bought it). the time between estimate and work was quick. Juan came and sanded a spot in the kitchen where old and new floor met and helped us pick a color based on what would blend the best. I cannot express to you how helpful everyone was at this company. 10/10 recommend just an absolutely amazing job. will recommend them any time someone needs new floors!
