Lorenzo was so helpful, I had an almost unfixable problem and not only came in with a phone that did not work but unexpectedly left with a brand new one and even opened a new line on my account. It was worth it and I never would have knew what do without his help. A++ service

No wait time. I came in here for a screen protector and got exactly what I desired. No one tried to upsell me. And going here was a blessing because when I couldn't get a Lyft ride one of the representatives drove me home. They are all awesome people.
