These guys are incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate working with them. They are always respond quickly to emails, phone calls, etc. Even when I ask the same question several times, they are very patient as they help me learn. Too bad 5 stars is as much as you can give in a review, because these guys deserve much higher.

I have Diabetes and I had a terrible wound on my foot. I was seen by Dr. Patel for wound care. The outlook was not good for keeping my toe. She was concerned but she had a plan. We worked together to get my foot to heal. Her memory and bedside manor are outstanding.

My foot recently got infected again due to callous build up. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. She was on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Karen at the Henrico office.

Dr. Karen = Awesome. She picked right up where Dr. Patel left off. We worked together and got my foot healed again. Now we are doing preventive maintenance.

I have learned alot from these awesome Doctors. With the diabetic neuropathy and the ulcer in my foot I need to stay ahead of injury. I am so lucky to have these great people on my team.

Dr. Floy is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and eases your mind. She is gentle and fixes the problem. She explains everything thoroughly. She is the best!

My husband was seen by Dr Luke Vetti at SynergyHealth Foot And Ankle. He was in a lot of pain and Dr Vetti was able to see him the same day. The staff was great. Dr Vetti himself was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to listen to and address our questions. He did a thorough examination and did not rush. Besides treatment, my husband was given conservative/inexpensive suggestions including exercises to help prevent future problems. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

Dr. Floy is OUTSTANDING!!! She answered questions, gave me options and we talked through what the best choice would be. She did not rush through the appointment like so many Doctors do today, just to move to another patient. Once we decided the best thing to do, she walked me through each step as to what to expect as she was working and continually asked if I was ok. In addition to being EXCELLENT, she was understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough! If I could give Dr. Floy a 10 I certainly would!!

You won’t get a more personal service than working with the Jivan’s. They are very knowledgeable about insurance/financial planning and customize what’s best for your situation with a policy that you know you can trust is going to be exactly what you need.

As agents they are the most honest people you will meet, have very prompt communication, and are always looking out for your best interests with policy reviews and updates. Their office is clean and professional, and you know you have an agent that has your back. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Was with Allstate for years. Got a new truck. Allstate was going to increase my premium over $100 a month. I called Farmers. Changed my house and auto the same day. Literally saving half. Got more coverage too. So happy😊 Thank you Wesley!!!! Wouldn't hurt to call and ask if they can save you money ?
