After gaining some weight over the pandemic and moving across country, I was looking for a fitness routine that I would actually enjoy and would stick with - Row House is absolutely it! (That is hard to come by for me!) Really welcoming and inclusive environment. Hard, full body workouts. Great people and environment to be in!

It is unlike any typical gym or workout environment I have ever been to. It is so empowering and there are all shapes , sizes , ages and races at Rowhouse. I’m so glad I picked Rowhouse Midlothian to start my fitness journey. I am so grateful.
(April 22, 2022, 7:19 pm)Everything was excellent. I loved the trainer work out routine and music. The atmosphere was awesome made my first time at Row House comfortable with no stress. The lighting played a big role for me. I am looking forward to more training sessions to reach my goal 💪 🙌
(March 7, 2022, 11:50 am)My experience at Row House has been phenomenal. Melissa, my instructor, is very engaging, friendly and challenges the class to push through. There is a real sense of TEAM in the class. Encouragement from others is top notch. Highly recommended!
