They have done work to the many vehicles we have owned and this business has been a mixed bag over the years, and a lot of the experiences were a reflection of the manager at the time. On most visits, the work was fantastic and we were very satisfied, but some visits we were left disappointed, for example, we had an AC job done on our truck, that ended in the fans being a mess, and took the job somewhere else to finish. Some of the managers were incredible and would come out and sit with you while you waited, and others would try to play chicken with you in the parking lot and stare you down (true story; it was extremely bizarre). The waiting room has always been very welcoming, but we usually just drop the vehicles off. Prices through the years have remained consistent and fair. I have never felt they exaggerated issues or tried to take advantage of us, so check marks for honesty and integrity. At times the staff has been very friendly and welcoming, other times they seemed distracted and annoyed. I believe that the character of the owners matter, and that character always show in responses to reviews. The Titan owners obviously care about their customers, and seem to always look for ways to improve their business. In the end, have become our second choice in auto care and we use them if our first choice is backed up. For someone looking for great basic care and honesty, you won’t go wrong here and will be satisfied. For the more challenging jobs, you may want to try someone different.

I don't know if the staff are any better are diagnosing or repairing that other places, but their dedication to service and communication is definitely superior to every place I've visited locally. Their staff are always professional and pleasant to deal with, and they use current digital capabilities to clearly communicate inspection results with images and descriptions that I can understand. Glad to have these guys so close to our home.

We have now brought two of our cars to them, and they are fantastic. They give you a website link with information and pictures on everything they are recommending for your car, and the severity of the issue. They readily provide you with quotes to your email and are extremely transparent with what your car needs (and doesnt need). The people here are really nice too, and while I hope it's a while before I have to see them again, I know I am definitely going to keep bringing my cars here.

My car was making terrible noises. Titan diagnosed the issues, ordered a part, and totally repaired it in one day, charged a very reasonable price(I know because I had other estimates), they were very respectful and, straightforward. My car now drives like a dream and Titan is my new "to go" for service! Happy customer!😊

We have been going to Titan Auto and Tire for years. Always friendly and trustworthy service. Once you find people you trust with something as important as fixing the vehicles you and your family travel in well there’s really no reason to use anyone else.
