Despite the mixed reviews, and online “professionals” I went with Soundz. Wow it’s amazing Brian at XBS customs did the install. I am looking forward to testing them out, and IF for some reason I have a warranty concern I hope to be treated with the awesome customer service I have heard of.
walked in and learned so much ablut my bike and the best way to build it walked out with my stuff ordered he made me feel like he wanted my bike done right more then he cared about the money love this place will be back again and again
Brian took his time explaining to me how to wire my amp and speakers. What was nice is that he didn't belittle my choice of products because i couldn't afford the really nice stuff. As a biker on a budget (lol) I find it refreshing that he treated me as If i was gonna come in his shop and lay down 20 grand. If I ever get to that point though I wouldn't spent my money anywhere else.
Just picked up some used 8” grills from a friend that was bought from here. I thought I was getting the speakers too for the price he quoted. So, I looked online to double check to make sure he wasn’t ripping me off. I can guarantee that those grills will stay cleaned more than my 30” wheel. Gotta love paying to play! Why did I buy them? Hertz SPL Show speakers were very popular, but came with no grill, so when you put someone on the back of your bike, you’ve gotta always say “ WATCH YOUR FOOT SO IT DOESNT GO THROUGH A $300 SET OF SPEAKERS! Speed by Design created bag lids for the 8” size, and trust me if you DO NOT buy the EXACT Size grills, they won’t fit between the recessed area and the frame of the speaker paving the way for machinists and CNC operators down the bike chain if you want “his” lids. At the end of the day - “It’s just a speaker grill” who cares... BUT this is not an average grill. It’s a specialty piece that has to be custom made that has a huge price tag compared to an average grill. I try now to explain to other riders who don’t have big audio systems how much grills like these cost and why when they ask, and they look at me like I’m a liar. 😄
Amazing place to have your system updated
